Um exemplo concreto foi o d\u00e9but de Ang\u00e9lica na jornada do autoconhecimento: \"Comecei com a Medita\u00e7\u00e3o Transcendental por pura necessidade! Precisava me livrar da s\u00edndrome do p\u00e2nico. A partir da\u00ed, fui me aprofundando em assuntos mais espirituais e hol\u00edsticos. Sempre me interessei, mas foi ali que me permiti parar para viver isso!\". E assim ela come\u00e7ou a desbravar um caminho que lhe deu um prop\u00f3sito. Ao se conhecer, optou por deixar um legado positivo, fomentando justamente o gatilho dessa virada de chave: \"Senti uma vontade de compartilhar a caminhada de autoconhecimento com mulheres e meninas. Decidi dividir d\u00favidas e aprendizados, usando a for\u00e7a da minha imagem para refor\u00e7ar valores importantes na evolu\u00e7\u00e3o humana\".
