Na Ilha Rasa, em B\u00fazios, um endere\u00e7o que marcou a hist\u00f3ria da cidade come\u00e7a um novo cap\u00edtulo entre mem\u00f3ria, gastronomia, hospitalidade e vida \u00e0 beira-mar.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Para chegar ao Nas Rocas<\/a>, \u00e9 preciso primeiro deixar B\u00fazios para tr\u00e1s. Do Continental Lounge, uma curta travessia leva \u00e0 Ilha Rasa, a cerca de 700 metros do continente. A cidade vai diminuindo, o mar toma conta da paisagem e, alguns minutos depois, surge a ilha. Entre 25 e 27 de setembro, foi assim que os primeiros convidados chegaram para conhecer o novo Nas Rocas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O endere\u00e7o j\u00e1 teve outras vidas. Nas d\u00e9cadas de 1980 e 1990, o Nas Rocas fazia parte daquela B\u00fazios cosmopolita e um tanto improv\u00e1vel que atra\u00eda gente do mundo inteiro. Madonna passou por ali. Bono Vox tamb\u00e9m, e chegou a ter uma su\u00edte pr\u00f3pria no hotel. O tipo de hist\u00f3ria que, tantos anos depois, ainda circula pela cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agora, os cerca de 120 mil metros quadrados da Ilha Rasa pertencem ao Resid Club & Hot\u00e9is<\/a>O Nas Rocas Club inaugura essa nova fase. Depois vir\u00e3o o island club<\/em> e, em seguida, o hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reproduzir o passado nunca esteve nos planos. A concep\u00e7\u00e3o da experi\u00eancia ficou a cargo de Claudia Ribeiro Bernstein, s\u00f3cia e diretora de Conceito e Hospitalidade do Resid, ao lado dos s\u00f3cios e cofundadores Paulo Henrique Barbosa, Rafael Caiado e Francisco Costa Neto. Da atmosfera dos espa\u00e7os \u00e0 jornada de hospitalidade, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o foi olhar para o que j\u00e1 existia e reinterpret\u00e1-lo, sem transformar a hist\u00f3ria em tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDesde o come\u00e7o, n\u00e3o quer\u00edamos recriar o antigo Nas Rocas. Quer\u00edamos entender o que fazia esse lugar ser t\u00e3o especial, preservar essa ess\u00eancia e construir a partir dela uma nova experi\u00eancia\u201d<\/em> , diz Claudia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e1 uma brasilidade discreta nessa nova vers\u00e3o. Est\u00e1 menos nos s\u00edmbolos e mais na maneira de receber, na informalidade, na m\u00fasica, na comida e na rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o lado de fora. As mesas chegam perto da \u00e1gua, os espa\u00e7os se abrem para a paisagem e o mar permanece quase sempre \u00e0 vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O almo\u00e7o n\u00e3o parece ter muita vontade de acabar. Algu\u00e9m levanta para entrar no mar, outro procura uma sombra, volta para a mesa, pede mais um drink. Na ilha, o tempo parece ter sido inclu\u00eddo entre as amenidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alex Atala criou a proposta gastron\u00f4mica do Nas Rocas e escolheu o chef Lucas Novais para conduzi-la diariamente. Felipe Monteiro assina os drinks, enquanto a sommeli\u00e8re Gabriela Montaleone cuida da sele\u00e7\u00e3o de vinhos e bolhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0s seis da tarde, o ritmo muda. \u00c9 a hora do AgradeceR, ritual di\u00e1rio que acompanha o p\u00f4r do sol. Por alguns minutos, todos olham para a mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o. Naquela parte de B\u00fazios, o espet\u00e1culo j\u00e1 estava pronto muito antes de algu\u00e9m pensar em program\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O passado, naturalmente, continua aparecendo. N\u00e3o como reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o, mas em encontros que parecem costurar as duas \u00e9pocas. Na inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o estavam Fabiana e Alessandra Modiano, netas de Umberto Modiano, o vision\u00e1rio franc\u00eas por tr\u00e1s do antigo Nas Rocas. D\u00e9cadas depois, a fam\u00edlia voltava \u00e0 ilha para assistir ao come\u00e7o de uma nova hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTrazer o Nas Rocas de volta n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas recuperar um endere\u00e7o hist\u00f3rico. \u00c9 criar um novo cap\u00edtulo para a ilha e incorpor\u00e1-la ao universo que estamos construindo no Resid\u201d<\/em> , afirma Paulo Henrique Barbosa, CEO e cofundador do grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusivo para membros do Resid, o Nas Rocas come\u00e7a sua nova vida sem tentar explicar demais o que pretende ser. Por enquanto, h\u00e1 mar, comida, sombra, uma boa mesa e algumas horas em que ningu\u00e9m parece particularmente interessado em voltar para o continente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algumas coisas mudaram desde os anos 1980. Felizmente, nem todas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
