Between Paris and Corsica, Julie Sergent Ferreri brings a keen eye for color, proportion, and vintage finds to both fashion and interiors.<\/em>

Julie Sergent Ferreri<\/a> currently lives in Corsica, and much of her visual vocabulary has been shaped by the relationship between architecture and fashion. Her training as an architect comes through both in the way she considers the proportions of a look and in how she approaches a room. A painting can set the direction for an interior; a printed shoe can completely change an outfit. In both cases, color, scale, and the combination of references guide her choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Color, prints, and unexpected combinations appear often in her wardrobe, although Julie avoids defining her style through a single aesthetic. \u201cIt depends a lot on my mood,\u201d she says. When it comes to fashion, she prefers intuition to rules and often starts with pieces that have enough personality to shape the rest of the look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On an ordinary workday, Julie gravitates toward simple, comfortable clothes. A colorful bag or printed shoe is often enough to break up an otherwise predictable outfit. When she is creating content, however, she gives herself more room to experiment with unusual combinations, volume, and proportion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e9zane has been an important part of her style for years, and her professional relationship with the brand goes back a long way. Julie likes the way basic pieces can be worn alongside items with a stronger identity. Denim is another constant, with Agolde and Khaite among her favorite brands, while Reformation comes into the mix when she is looking for something less expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among her references is Jonathan Anderson\u2019s<\/a> work at Dior<\/a>, particularly the way he brings a playful perspective to the maison without losing its essence. She finds something similar at Prada<\/a>: pieces that may look familiar at first, but usually have a detail that changes the way the whole look comes together. More than novelty itself, it is that element of surprise that interests her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to interiors, Julie often starts with color. A striking rug, especially one from Nordic Knots, can set the direction for an entire room. She also browses Selency and visits vintage stores and antique dealers in search of one-of-a-kind finds. At home, she prefers to mix these pieces rather than create spaces that feel entirely new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

London holds a particularly personal place in her visual vocabulary. Julie first visited the city as a teenager on a trip with her father and continues to return for inspiration. Last winter, she went back to photograph her collection for Bobbies, featuring animal prints and bold colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the pieces she wears most these days is the Prada Route bag, which she added to her wardrobe last winter. It has since become a regular choice, combining personality and practicality for days spent moving between work and content creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her beauty bag, the essential is Augustinus Bader\u2019s The Rich Cream<\/a>, a product Julie considers indispensable to her routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between Corsica and Paris, Julie has brought together references that do not need to come from the same place to work together. Architecture shows up in her attention to proportion; the Mediterranean in her love of color; Paris in a wardrobe that moves between good basics and more eccentric choices. Vintage finds sit alongside contemporary pieces, creating a sense of contrast that matters more to Julie than fitting into any one defined aesthetic.
