Em sua casa no interior da Fran\u00e7a, Danielle Copperman se veste de maneira quase oposta \u00e0 sua vida profissional. Vestidos curtos de algod\u00e3o bordado, microshorts, jeans vintage e camisetas oversized se tornaram seu uniforme de ver\u00e3o. Seu trabalho, por outro lado, gira em torno de roupas para ocasi\u00f5es especiais e looks para noivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s um ver\u00e3o particularmente intenso, ela tirou algumas semanas de folga antes de setembro. Seus dias t\u00eam sido passados com o marido e o cachorro, retomando uma reforma iniciada em 2025 e aproveitando o per\u00edodo mais fresco do ver\u00e3o franc\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essa sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o durou at\u00e9 que a pandemia for\u00e7ou outra mudan\u00e7a. Copperman come\u00e7ou a produzir ensaios de moda em casa com seu ent\u00e3o namorado, agora marido. Sem a estrutura de produ\u00e7\u00e3o usual, ela assumiu o styling, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de imagem, al\u00e9m de aparecer diante das c\u00e2meras. O processo a reconectou com a parte da moda que sempre a atraiu: o ato de criar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por volta da mesma \u00e9poca, seu casamento viralizou nas redes sociais ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de fotos online, atraindo um p\u00fablico totalmente novo para seu trabalho. Ela come\u00e7ou a compartilhar mais conte\u00fado sobre moda e estilo de vida, finalmente permitindo que interesses que antes existiam em \u00e1reas separadas de sua carreira se unissem em um s\u00f3 lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sua inclina\u00e7\u00e3o por uma vida mais tranquila antecede seu interesse pelo bem-estar. Copperman cresceu em uma pequena vila no interior da Inglaterra e lembra-se de como seu corpo e mente relaxavam instantaneamente no momento em que embarcava em um trem saindo de Londres para visitar seus pais. Depois de mais de uma d\u00e9cada na cidade, ela e o marido finalmente decidiram construir uma vida no interior da Fran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O contraste ficou especialmente claro ao longo dos anos: ela se formou em ioga, massagem e reiki, cercou-se de pr\u00e1ticas destinadas a faz\u00ea-la se sentir melhor e construiu um neg\u00f3cio em torno de muitas dessas ideias, mas seus n\u00edveis de estresse estavam alt\u00edssimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mudar de ambiente tornou-se uma prioridade e, aos poucos, deixou de ser apenas uma fuga ocasional e passou a fazer parte da sua rotina. Na Fran\u00e7a, ela e o marido compram alimentos locais e sazonais e raramente consomem produtos processados. Em casa, optam por produtos n\u00e3o t\u00f3xicos, algo que Copperman tamb\u00e9m aplica aos cuidados com a pele e \u00e0 maquiagem; ler \u00e9 importante para ela, assim como passar tempo longe das telas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para ela, viver mais devagar tem menos a ver com seguir um estilo de vida predefinido e mais com a pr\u00e1tica da aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena, prestando aten\u00e7\u00e3o em como um ambiente, uma rotina ou um h\u00e1bito realmente a fazem sentir, em vez de adot\u00e1-los cegamente s\u00f3 porque parecem a escolha \u201csaud\u00e1vel\u201d ou \u201cprodutiva\u201d no papel. Essa mentalidade se encaixa naturalmente em uma carreira que nunca se manteve em uma \u00fanica vertente por muito tempo. A carreira de modelo a levou ao bem-estar; o bem-estar se transformou em empreendedorismo; o fechamento dessa empresa abriu espa\u00e7o para o retorno da moda por meio do styling, da dire\u00e7\u00e3o e da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por enquanto, por\u00e9m, o trabalho ficou em segundo plano. Em setembro, os vestidos para ocasi\u00f5es especiais e noivas voltam a ser o foco. At\u00e9 l\u00e1, h\u00e1 a reforma ainda inacabada, os dias mais frescos no interior da Fran\u00e7a, o tempo com o marido e o cachorro, e um guarda-roupa repleto de vestidos de algod\u00e3o, jeans vintage e camisetas oversized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
