In the heart of S\u00e3o Paulo, the renowned Pal\u00e1cio Tangar\u00e1<\/a> turns Sundays into a true oasis of sophistication with its brunch at the outdoor restaurant. Curated by Executive Chef Filipe Rizzato, the menu is a gastronomic journey divided into three moments, presenting a selection of delicacies in a pleasant and relaxing setting. The experience is enriched by live music and by the tranquility provided by the lush view of Burle Marx Park that surrounds the hotel.<\/p>

<\/p>

The brunch offers a sophisticated selection of delicacies, such as goat cheese with hazelnut pralin\u00e9, blini with sour cream and gravlax salmon, as well as butter with fleur de sel and herb butter. Delight in coconut-crusted shrimp with homemade green curry, grilled yellowtail with lemongrass velout\u00e9, and banana tartare. Among the desserts, standouts include yellow fruit pavlova with coconut cream and passion fruit jelly, and hazelnut dacquoise with white chocolate mousse, pistachio, and caj\u00e1 gel. Brunch takes place from 1 PM to 4 PM and, due to high demand, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance. The full menu includes a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, sparkling wine, red wine, Aperol Spritz, and Gin & Tonic.<\/p>
