GS:<\/strong> Growing up in a family that founded Corello was a unique experience<\/strong> for me. From the beginning, I saw the passion<\/strong> every family member had for the company. Corello\u2019s presence has always been strong in our lives, and naturally, we talked a lot about the brand, work, and inspirations. Also, in a family where everyone looks at each other\u2019s feet [laughs], the brand was always a constant topic.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GS:<\/strong> Since I was a child, I always pictured myself working at Corello<\/strong>. I loved accompanying my mother to the store, watching sales, setting up displays\u2014following all her steps, something that deeply enchanted me. I even remember writing in my little school notebooks: \u201cWhen I grow up, I want to work at Corello.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

GS:<\/strong> The biggest challenges of working with family involve the complexity of relationships<\/strong>, both business<\/strong> and familial<\/strong>. Combining these two aspects brings new challenges, especially the need to separate family moments from professional ones and to stay calm in difficult situations. It\u2019s important to know which role to play at each moment. Thus, when I take on my role as a businesswoman, it\u2019s crucial to know how to conduct myself in each situation<\/strong>, whether to position myself as a partner, as a company executive, or as a daughter and sister.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GS:<\/strong> Balancing personal, social, and professional life is challenging in any field. I believe the key is maintaining an organized routine<\/strong>, with discipline to ensure time for personal activities that directly impact well-being and work, such as practicing sports<\/strong>, meditating<\/strong>, or enjoying hobbies<\/strong>. It\u2019s a constant challenge, where attention tends to lean toward different areas depending on the moment, but I make sure not to neglect any important aspect of my life and also not to be too hard on myself.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LM:<\/strong> Where do you find inspiration to create your Corello collections twice a year?<\/p>

GS:<\/strong> My inspiration for creating Corello collections comes from various sources, such as travel<\/strong>, runway shows<\/strong>, architecture<\/strong>, and different cultures<\/strong>. For example, one collection was inspired by New York Street Style, after I was captivated by the creativity and boldness of people in Soho. I seek inspiration in everything around me, but always start from something that personally moves me, making the creative process more authentic<\/strong> and enjoyable<\/strong>. Usually, when a collection pops into my mind, I already visualize all the communication associated with it\u2014from the aesthetic to the launch.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GS:<\/strong> Dealing with opinions on social media and in the press, whether criticisms or compliments, is always challenging<\/strong>. Over time, I\u2019ve learned that exposure brings risks<\/strong>, but also rewards<\/strong>. Receiving positive messages from admirers of my work is gratifying, while criticisms<\/strong> are inevitable and often constructive<\/strong>. It\u2019s important not to take criticism personally and to recognize that some feedback comes from people who genuinely care about the brand and want to contribute to its success. As an influencer, I\u2019ve fortunately not faced many criticisms, but it\u2019s essential to stand firm in what I believe, even in the face of differing opinions.<\/em><\/p><\/div>

GS:<\/strong> My values<\/strong> and beliefs<\/strong> are the main guides for my decisions, both at Corello and in my personal life. I never compromise my ethics<\/strong> and truth<\/strong>, and I always strive to act according to what I consider right. Additionally, I seek guidance from past experiences<\/strong>, exchanging ideas with my family and reflecting on how my ancestors would handle certain situations. These reflections help me make more conscious decisions aligned with my principles.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GS:<\/strong> My personal style is quite varied<\/strong>, reflecting my mood and personality. It ranges from minimalism<\/strong> to maximalism<\/strong>, but always aims to make me feel comfortable<\/strong> and confident<\/strong>. Basic pieces like a white shirt, jeans, and black tailored trousers are essential in my wardrobe, but I also love experimenting with layering colors and materials. As for Corello<\/strong>, my favorite pieces include the mules<\/strong>, especially one with a zebra print and a round architectural heel<\/strong> that became a bestseller of the Winter 2019 Collection.<\/em><\/p><\/div>

LM:<\/strong> What\u2019s your hobby? How do you stay healthy and balanced, both physically and mentally?<\/p>

GS:<\/strong> Having space<\/strong> for activities that benefit us is crucial for maintaining a healthy balance<\/strong>, both physically and mentally. I believe in recognizing our limits and stepping back when necessary to avoid overload<\/strong> and burnout. Also, proud moments, both at work and in my personal life, include following my truth and passions, like the decision to change my college major and my dedication to Corello\u2019s growth.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LM:<\/strong> What\u2019s your favorite place in the world?<\/p>

GS:<\/strong> That\u2019s tough! I have two very contrasting favorites: one is Tulum<\/strong> in Mexico<\/strong>, a place I always go to recharge my energy, even if it\u2019s just four or five days when I\u2019m feeling completely drained. There, I immediately feel my energy rise and connect more with myself. Another favorite place in the world is Paris<\/strong>. It\u2019s a city I love and visit often. I feel at home there. I adore the language, the culture, the fashion, the inspiration\u2014and, of course, it goes without saying that it\u2019s beautiful! I\u2019m also in love with my home! I really enjoy my life and routine, and I love living in Brazil. I also adore my family\u2019s farmhouse, another place I go to recuperate. It\u2019s surrounded by nature, so it\u2019s wonderful to be there with my aunt and family.<\/em><\/p>

LM:<\/strong> Is there a favorite hotspot in this place that you could recommend to our readers?<\/p>

GS:<\/strong> In Tulum<\/strong>, some hotspots I recommend are the Hotel Habitas<\/strong>, with its community philosophy and paradisiacal beach, and the Tree House club<\/strong>, offering amazing dinners and concerts. In Paris<\/strong>, I highlight the Laurent restaurant<\/strong> and the Hotel Costes<\/strong>, which always has a vibrant energy and where I always meet interesting people. These places have a unique atmosphere and bring together people with shared interests.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
