On November 10, at 5 p.m., at the Travessa bookstore in Iguatemi mall, Anderson Birman, the entrepreneur behind Arezzo&Co, unveils his latest book, titled “A Cada Passo.” In this work, Birman reveals, in an unprecedented way, the crucial moments of his journey, highlighting his path to becoming one of Brazil\u2019s most notable entrepreneurs. The book delves into the memories surrounding the founding of Arezzo&Co, a story that begins in the 1970s, when Anderson, at 69 years old and father of five children\u2014Alexandre, Patr\u00edcia, Allan, Andr\u00e9, and Augusto\u2014started the venture in his parents\u2019 garage, transforming it into the fashion giant it is today.<\/p>

<\/p>

In the pages of his narrative, Anderson shares, for the first time, the struggles, lessons, and triumphs that shaped his journey, along with the creation of a market that flourished over the years. Today, the holding encompasses 14 leading brands: Arezzo, Anacapri, Schutz, Alexandre Birman, Alme, Brizza, Carol Bassi, Reserva, Oficina, Simples, BAW, Vicenza, Paris Texas, and TROC.<\/p>

In addition to recounting his journey, the book also details pivotal moments such as the acquisition of Gypsy, the first concept store in Belo Horizonte, the opening of factories, the expansion of franchises, the development of new brands, and the acquisition of others, culminating in the company\u2019s initial public offering. Anderson also shares the story of his departure from the company in 2013 and the generous act of donating his shares in the business to his children.<\/p>
