LM – How do you manage to balance your television career with your personal and family life?<\/b><\/p>

TP – <\/b>Although it’s not easy to juggle a hectic schedule, over time I have learned lessons and achieved balance with professional and personal maturity. I really love the life I lead, I’m passionate about my busy routine, and I confess I can’t see myself any other way. I’m not a big fan of idle time. When I’m not filming, I’m playing with Rafa and Manu, having lunch with the girls, dining with Tralli, or socializing with my entire family\u2026 I believe the secret is unconditional passion for both things. Motherhood, for example, transformed me as a woman, and my work dignified me as a professional.<\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What strategies do you use to ensure quality time with your family, especially considering your busy professional schedule?<\/b><\/p>

TP – Just as I have my work schedule, we have a family schedule. Sometimes it’s not about spending many hours with the family per day, but about the quality of the time we share. When I have a hectic week, even if it’s just an hour a day, I give my full attention to my family, whether it’s helping the girls with homework, for example. There are a few things I never give up on, and traveling with them and having family dinners are two of them\u2014exceptions allowed, of course.<\/span><\/p>

LM – Who are your main inspirations in the television world and why?<\/b><\/p>

TP – My mother, number one. Hebe Camargo as a host. She played a fundamental role in the history of television and entertainment in Brazil. Her importance transcends the screens, and she became an inspiring and respected figure for generations of viewers.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/p>

LM – How do you believe these inspirations have shaped your professional approach and personal style?<\/b><\/p>

TP – Absolutely! Inspirations help stimulate creativity and open up new perspectives, ideas, and approaches to the challenges we face throughout our journey. I had the honor of working alongside some of my greatest role models, and they were fundamental to my personal development and professional growth. They helped clarify what really matters in the end, as well as to value my principles and prioritize what makes me feel good in life. Growing up in a multicultural environment also broadened my understanding of life, which in turn enriched both my professional and personal sides.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What was the key moment that marked the start of your television career and how has it influenced your journey to this day?<\/b><\/p>

TP – There have been countless moments. Like when I passed the audition to host TV Crian\u00e7a at age nine, Bal\u00e3o M\u00e1gico at age eight, being chosen for Hoje em Dia\u2014which I host today and has always been a dream\u2014and hosting and participating in Simple Life\u2026 Over all these years, I faced challenges, celebrated many achievements, and grew as a professional and as a human being. Today I’m living one of the best moments of my career and I feel motivated by everything we are building.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What are your most exciting current projects for this year?<\/b><\/p>

TP – I’m almost daily on \u2018Hoje em Dia\u2019 producing segments that completely break the mold, like the report on S\u00e3o Paulo Metro maintenance, but the big news this year was the premiere of the new season of \u201cWife Swap,\u201d a reality show that became a hit among Brazilians and gave me a true experience of self-discovery, overcoming, courage, and lots of emotion. There were long days of filming and traveling all over Brazil; the show is amazing, and you can check it all on Prime Video.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – Is there any future project or initiative that you haven’t undertaken yet but would like to explore in your career?<\/b><\/p>

TP – I plan to resume my acting career soon. My dream is to bring to the big screen the story of my mother, Hel\u00f4 Pinheiro, who recently turned 80 and is known as the muse who inspired the song “The Girl from Ipanema,” the classic by Tom Jobim and Vin\u00edcius de Moraes that popularized bossa nova worldwide. We put it on hold because other projects came up, and I think it’s a project that requires a lot of focus and acquiring the proper music rights. But it’s a dream I still have to fulfill.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What advice would you give to young people who wish to pursue a career in television or entertainment?<\/b><\/p>

TP – For young people aspiring to a career in television or entertainment, first of all, make sure you are deeply passionate about this universe, because love for your work will drive you through the toughest moments. Invest in your education and training. Enroll in acting classes, workshops, film or television courses, and if you can’t afford them, constantly hone your skills in any way possible\u2014by watching TV shows, series, news programs, soap operas, or using social media\u2026 And finally, persistence is key: be prepared to face some \u201cno\u201ds\u2014they are part of the process. The journey may be uneven, but persistence is what will carry you forward.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What was the best advice you received throughout your career that still guides you today?<\/b><\/p>

TP – Definitely my mother’s. I learned and continue learning from her the importance of self-love, respect for others, and appreciation for our family and her work. She has always guided us to be empathetic, professional, punctual, treat everyone well, keep learning, and be grateful for all the opportunities that cross our path\u2014then the universe will reward us as we deserve.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

LM – What is your favorite travel destination?<\/b><\/p>

TP – I’ll talk about Spain because it was my last vacation destination. The country has undoubtedly become one of my favorite places. From its historical heritage to its breathtaking beaches and irresistible gastronomy with delicious tapas, incredible wines, and traditional dishes, it has everything I could wish for on a trip. Spanish culture is vibrant and full of passion, which reflects in the tourist experience there. Barcelona and the Costa Brava region managed to combine adventure, culture, and relaxation\u2014all in one destination. And I took the whole family\u2026<\/span><\/p>

LM – At your favorite travel destination, which restaurant do you always make sure to visit when you travel there?<\/b><\/p>

TP – The Patron restaurant in Barcelona<\/span><\/p>

LM – Is there any special dish you always order at this restaurant?<\/b><\/p>
