LM: What was your process of becoming an influencer like? When did you start doing this <\/b>professionally<\/b>? Did you imagine you would have thousands of followers?

<\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

HS: <\/strong>My process of becoming an influencer was very natural, I never would have imagined this <\/span>would<\/span> happen when I started. I have a degree in Advertising and Publicity <\/span>from<\/span> FAAP and, since college, I\u2019ve always been very communicative, that person who wasn\u2019t <\/span>shy<\/span> about presenting and loved speaking to the class, enjoyed exchanges, tips and<\/span> <\/span>advice.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I started on Instagram very organically, sharing my daily life <\/span>without<\/span> a script, and this ended up attracting people, making them ask me for opinions <\/span>e<\/span> suggestions on various topics such as beauty, fashion, gastronomy and travel. At the same time, <\/span>the<\/span> brands also began reaching out to me because they saw this direct connection I <\/span>have<\/span> with my audience.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the beginning, everything was very new and I started this work on my own, <\/span>four<\/span> years ago. HS: <\/strong>Content creators and the audience need to understand that authenticity and consistency are the key to building a career in the digital influence market.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

People ended up being carried away by immediacy, wanting success and an audience by yesterday, and that\u2019s not how it works. You can\u2019t expect to grow overnight; things need to be very well worked out.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The main trend in recent years has been an appreciation for the natural, when you, as an influencer, can truly represent an audience and engage with them in an honest and captivating way.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LM: What do you do to stay relaxed, calm and in control during stressful moments?<\/b>

<\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

HS: <\/strong>Like anyone else, difficult moments arise and it\u2019s hard to always stay in control. When I\u2019m in a bad situation, I hold on to the values my mother taught me, to believe that everything will work out and to be a positive person. Sometimes I go to church, and I set aside part of my day to eat something tasty.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

This is important to break the stress loop, because the more stressed you are, the worse the situation becomes. We need to learn to deal with obstacles, take a deep breath and take care of ourselves. Nothing is the end of the world and we can always recover.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LM: What are your hobbies to relax after a long day of work? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>

<\/p>

HS: <\/strong>I like to take a good hot bath, apply essential oils, have some tea, and watch a series or movie that distracts me. It\u2019s a simple ritual I have that makes all the difference in my routine.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

LM: What\u2019s your favorite thing to cook for yourself? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>


HS: <\/strong>My culinary skills aren\u2019t anything too complex. I love simple things, especially for breakfast, when I make tapioca or start my day with warm cheese bread. And, modestly speaking, I also love my fondue! <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LM: For you, what are the best places in S\u00e3o Paulo for dinner, breakfast and <\/b>lunch<\/b>? <\/b><\/em><\/p>


<\/span>HS<\/strong>: The perfect breakfast in S\u00e3o Paulo is at Santo Gr\u00e3o or P\u00e3o de Queijo Haddock Lobo. For lunch, La Tambouille and Rodeio are my favorite options. As for dinner, I\u2019m in love with Bottega Bernacca and Gero in the Jardins neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
