Trancoso is a destination offering excellent accommodations for all budgets and tastes; there are great houses in condominium developments, the most famous being <\/span>Altos de Trancoso<\/span><\/a>, Pedro Grande, and Terra Vista. In addition, there are charming and stunning houses in the Quadrado region, such as <\/span>Twee<\/span><\/a>. How to get there<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since Porto Seguro is only about a 50-minute drive away, that\u2019s where the nearest airport is located. You can rent a car there to reach your destination. However, for private flights, you can land at the Terravista Airport, which is already in Trancoso.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trancoso\u2019s gastronomy is one of the village\u2019s highlights; the main restaurants are located in the Quadrado, such as <\/span>Capim Santo<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>O Cacau<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Jacar\u00e9<\/span><\/a> and the newly opened <\/span>Flo<\/span><\/a>. And right at the entrance of the Quadrado there are two incredible pizza options: Maritaca and Bem Te Vi. You also have to check out Floresta, a lunch restaurant set in the middle of the rubber forest\u2014don\u2019t forget to order the Ros\u00e9 Voil\u00e0 wine.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To spend the day at the beach, it\u2019s worth going to Pousada Estrela d\u2019Agua and dining at its Playa restaurant. At Praia das Tartarugas, having lunch at the restaurant perched atop the cliff, with its incredible view, is always a good option. The Cabana do Z\u00e9 Barbudo is also a great choice for a day by the sea and a relaxed lunch. And of course, the newly opened Hotel Fasano not only offers excellent cuisine but is located on Praia de Itapororoca, a more secluded beach.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
