Rafael Azzi:<\/span> Fui Diretora de Marketing Internacional da Tory Burch, trabalhando com mais de 27 pa\u00edses. Foi uma experi\u00eancia maravilhosa por quase tr\u00eas anos, eu adorei \u2014 at\u00e9 que um novo presidente assumiu a empresa e demitiu 301 pessoas da equipe \u2014 e eu estava entre elas. As marcas j\u00e1 vinham me pedindo consultoria, mas eu n\u00e3o tinha tempo; a partir do momento em que decidi dar uma chance ao neg\u00f3cio, me dediquei totalmente!<\/p>

LM: Qual foi o seu caminho at\u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da AZZI+CO?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> Comecei pequeno. "Uma grande pequena ag\u00eancia", uma \u00fanica mesa! A jornada come\u00e7ou l\u00e1 no in\u00edcio dos anos 2000. Meu maior trunfo s\u00e3o meus relacionamentos, e isso \u00e9 algo que se constr\u00f3i ao longo da vida \u2014 a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se constr\u00f3i da noite para o dia, leva anos para ser desenvolvida, e \u00e9 isso que eu mais valorizo. Ent\u00e3o, o caminho continua sendo esse: construir e cultivar relacionamentos duradouros onde possamos trocar benef\u00edcios m\u00fatuos e nos ajudar mutuamente.<\/p>

LM: Qual \u00e9 o principal diferencial da AZZI+CO hoje?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> N\u00e3o somos uma ag\u00eancia de rela\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas tradicional. Primeiro, porque fomos fundados em 2016 \u2014 bem no meio da ascens\u00e3o das m\u00eddias sociais; segundo, e mais importante, porque nosso <\/span>desenvolvimento de neg\u00f3cios<\/span><\/i> A \u00e1rea \u00e9 muito forte. Em outras palavras, constru\u00edmos os relacionamentos que importam para o cliente \u2014 n\u00e3o apenas com influenciadores e a imprensa, que s\u00e3o cruciais para o sucesso de uma marca \u2014 muitas vezes estamos diretamente envolvidos no <\/span>neg\u00f3cios <\/span><\/i>dos nossos clientes.<\/span><\/p>

LM: Qual \u00e9 a melhor parte e a parte mais desafiadora do seu trabalho?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> Trata-se de estar presente para as diferentes situa\u00e7\u00f5es que um dia pode trazer. Com equipes em Nova York, Miami, S\u00e3o Paulo e M\u00e9xico, precisamos ser r\u00e1pidos e agir com intelig\u00eancia e estrat\u00e9gia nos mais diversos cen\u00e1rios. \u00c0s vezes, come\u00e7o o dia com uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o para o escrit\u00f3rio de S\u00e3o Paulo falando sobre a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o de um hotel, depois converso com algu\u00e9m em Miami sobre a Swim Week em julho \u2014 um evento important\u00edssimo de moda praia com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios clientes \u2014, enquanto algu\u00e9m da equipe fecha um novo cliente em Paris, tem um editor nos esperando no escrit\u00f3rio de Nova York e o pessoal de Los Angeles est\u00e1 acordando\u2026 ufa! Essa \u00e9 a parte que eu mais gosto. A correria!<\/span><\/p>

LM: Como surgiu seu interesse em trabalhar com marcas de luxo?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

\n

RA:<\/span> Sempre trabalhei nesse mercado. Desde o in\u00edcio da minha carreira, em 2004, quando era assistente em uma ag\u00eancia de novos neg\u00f3cios para o mercado de luxo em S\u00e3o Paulo, desenvolvi um gosto por ele e as coisas foram evoluindo naturalmente, sempre com muito trabalho!<\/span><\/p>

LM: Qual a sua vis\u00e3o sobre o mercado de luxo daqui a alguns anos? Como voc\u00ea enxerga esse mercado?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> O mercado de luxo tem passado por muitas mudan\u00e7as, como tudo mais. O luxo tradicional, como o conhecemos, cresce a cada ano; fico impressionado com os n\u00fameros. \u00c9 um mercado incrivelmente poderoso que n\u00e3o para de crescer \u2014 \u00e9 o desejo, e \u00e9 isso que buscamos. As marcas est\u00e3o investindo cada vez mais em colabora\u00e7\u00f5es, experi\u00eancias \u2014 n\u00e3o sei qual ser\u00e1 o "fim" disso; talvez daqui a alguns anos voltemos ao "b\u00e1sico"? Mas a\u00ed temos os NFTs com marcas de luxo; podemos considerar isso luxo? N\u00e3o sei!<\/span><\/p>

LM: Al\u00e9m do seu trabalho na AZZI+CO, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m escreve bastante. Qual \u00e9 a sua principal motiva\u00e7\u00e3o ao escrever?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> Adoraria ter mais tempo para escrever mais. Amo escrever sobre as coisas que vejo. Sou muito observadora, e \u00e9 por isso que sinto grande prazer em escrever e registrar tudo o que vejo por a\u00ed. L<\/em>M: <\/em>Existe algum livro que tenha tido um grande impacto na sua vida? Qual?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

RA:<\/span> Minha m\u00e3e se formou em biblioteconomia pela USP, uma faculdade que infelizmente n\u00e3o existe mais. Cresci rodeada de livros e queria criar o h\u00e1bito da leitura, mas pretendo retom\u00e1-lo em breve. Um livro que minha m\u00e3e me deu em 1992 e que sempre releio \u00e9 O Pequeno Pr\u00edncipe, para que nunca nos esque\u00e7amos da crian\u00e7a que existe dentro de n\u00f3s.

RA:<\/span> \u00c9 dif\u00edcil n\u00e3o estar trabalhando, rsrs. Adoro comer fora e passear a p\u00e9, em qualquer lugar do mundo. Me d\u00e1 uma energia enorme ver a contagem de passos no iPhone. Quando passa de 14.000 passos, significa que o dia foi do jeito que eu gosto!
