With high expectations surrounding every new launch, the luxury boating industry has experienced a sales boom in recent years, bringing renewed momentum to the nautical sector. In 2021, revenue surpassed the R$2 billion mark, and the reasons behind this growth are not difficult to understand. Families who once aspired to own homes in major urban centers have begun to favor more private settings without giving up luxury and comfort. In response to the significant demand in Brazil, the industry has had to adapt to the expectations of a clientele that now looks for the same gold standard found in five-star hotels. Owning a luxury home at sea, with the freedom to travel from one destination to another, can seem more appealing than investing in a permanent property on land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this audience in mind, Intermarine<\/a>, Brazil\u2019s leading luxury yacht shipyard, launched the ambitious 24M, a model that has become a reference in design and sophistication. For Roberta Ramalho, CEO of the company since 2013, \u201cDelivering an unparalleled boat is a purpose that drives me and continues a tradition started by my father almost 50 years ago.\u201d Designed by renowned architect Luiz de Basto, the 100-foot vessel was meticulously conceived, challenging Intermarine\u2019s engineering team throughout the process. This level of dedication resulted in a distinctive yacht, with innovations and details that cannot be found in any other vessel within the same segment. \u201cIt is one of the most beautiful projects I have ever created. The Intermarine 24M is absolutely unparalleled,\u201d says Basto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first sight, the 24M impresses with its length and commanding design. Its glass-enclosed spaces create a sense of openness, while the three or four available suites, depending on the chosen configuration, can comfortably accommodate up to eight passengers, all with breathtaking ocean views and soundproof windows. The expansive salon on the main deck features a two-meter ceiling height, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a built-in television with an automatic mechanism. For warm days spent with friends and family, the gourmet area located on the flybridge includes a barbecue grill, sofas and a dining table distributed across 50 square meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to all the luxury expected from accommodations of this caliber, Intermarine offers clients the opportunity to create an exclusive yacht by adapting the layout so that the owner\u2019s personality can take precedence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One example is the expansion of the bow lounge, an entertainment hub that can accommodate three jet skis or be transformed into a private beach. The area was enlarged following feedback from clients who emphasized its importance in everyday use. By remaining attentive to its clients\u2019 preferences, Intermarine also makes it possible to modify the upper deck of the 24M, as well as details in the suites and other outdoor areas. According to T\u00e2nia Ortega, who is responsible for the interior design, \u201cThere are a number of details that remain invisible to most people. Exceeding the owner\u2019s expectations is the starting point of my work. The 24M and its multiple customization options allow creativity to translate the client\u2019s taste into every detail.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With approximately 30,000 components and more than 580 employees involved in the production of the 24M, Intermarine exceeded its own expectations, creating an imposing milestone in the company\u2019s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
