Over almost three years of PowerCast<\/a>, many personalities have shone here. Each one with their lessons, which will be kept under seven locks. But this time, Bebel and I want to highlight the inspiring participation of Rafa Kalimann<\/a>.<\/p>

<\/p>

Not only because it\u2019s the month in which we celebrate International Women\u2019s Day, but to amplify this incredible person with whom we had the pleasure of talking during our collaboration with Brizza Arezzo<\/a> this past Carnival on Sapuca\u00ed Avenue in Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>

<\/p>

With more than 21 million followers on just one platform, Rafa is one of the most influential personalities right now, and in just a few minutes of conversation it was possible to understand why she has reached where she is at 30 years old\u2014a place many spend a lifetime trying to reach unsuccessfully. Charismatic, intelligent, and perceptive, it\u2019s no wonder she\u2019s one of the most sought-after influencers by brands.<\/p>

<\/p>

Bebel<\/a> echoes the words of Scheila<\/a>: In a simple and objective way, Rafa found the path to success naturally. She knows what she wants and believes that all success comes from the effort and commitment with which she recognizes the opportunities that come her way.<\/p>

<\/p>

In times of perfect lives on social media, Rafa draws her audience closer whenever she shows her life \u2018behind the feed\u2019<\/strong>. Like any mortal, she has her difficulties and imbalances. Rafa makes a point of showing that her life is not a bed of roses.<\/p>

<\/p>

Sought after by brands, she\u2014who is also an actress and host\u2014understood the secret to success at a young age and shared it with us in a fun and straightforward chat.<\/p>

<\/p>

“It\u2019s not enough to represent a brand and just go talk about it. You need to understand what it wants to convey. Whenever they mention my name, it gives me even more energy to understand what it\u2019s about. After all, it\u2019s for that audience I speak. I want to understand every single detail when I accept a campaign; you can be sure I fully identified with the brand,”<\/em> explains the influencer.<\/p>

<\/p>

As a model, she has traveled to several countries and met many people, yet few times have I, Scheila, seen someone with so much dedication and commitment. Rafa dives in headfirst, voices her opinions, and cares about the campaign feedback.<\/p>

<\/p>

“The first thing is the reason I\u2019m chosen to represent a brand. And that build-up comes day by day; it\u2019s about being consistent, truly understanding the brand and what\u2019s behind it. I\u2019ll only be able to deliver something genuine from the brand when I understand its objective. There are constants we can exchange\u2014give and receive feedback on what works. The biggest results I\u2019ve had were the organic posts I shared: behind-the-scenes of the campaigns. That creates a bond; it brings us closer,”<\/em> Rafa explains.<\/p>
